In November 2019, the Harlekin No. 1 publishing house published a new and re-imagined tourist guide, this time dedicated to people with disabilities and other persons with reduced mobility, as well in part to the blind and partially sighted, and the deaf and hard of hearing. This is likewise the first full tourist guide aimed at people with disabilities. The guide is called Z vami bom na rajžo šel (Let's Walk the Road Together) and is written by writer and photographer Primož Hieng who in collaboration with Harlekin No. 1 has so far published seven tourist guides for adults and one for children, as well as seven books featuring aerial photographs.
By publishing Z vami bom na rajžo šel, we wanted to help people with disabilities and other persons with reduced mobility discover 52 tourist destinations of cultural, ethnological, religious, and historical importance, which are perfect for one-day trips.
Through meticulous research, the guide's author realised that many such places are often overlooked, even though they are wheelchair-accessible, have ample parking, and are mostly fitted with accessible toilets.
